Can I email or call in my order? Yes. However, because we are busy baking the majority of the day, please include what time is the best time in the evening to reach you.
How much does shipping cost? The shipping cost varies, depending on the weight of your order and where it is being shipped. Please contact us contact us prior to placing your order so we can calculate the shipping costs for your approval at 570-296-2352.
How do you ship your products? We ship our products via UPS or USPS. All of our products ship frozen to ensure freshness. Each item is individually packaged with loving care for their trip to you. We take every measure on our end to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves the bakery we cannot be responsible for how the carrier handles them. We recommend items to be shipped “Next Day” to ensure freshness, but we will quote you all of the shipping/timing options when you call. Please call us for a quote at 570-296-2352.
What days do you ship? We ship on Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure that your package arrives prior to the weekend.
Starting the summer of 2018, due to the extreme heat, we will not ship any orders from June 15th through August 31st.
Is there a handling fee? We charge a $5 handling fee to cover the increased cost of packaging and labor that is associated with packing your order with loving care.
Do I need to be home when the packages arrive? Although we recommend that someone be home to receive your package we understand that is not always possible. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible if someone is not home. The package will be left at the door if no one is there to receive it. We unfortunately cannot be responsible if circumstances prohibit your package from being delivered on time (i.e. inclement weather, road conditions, etc.).
Can I pick up my order?
Although our bakery is not open to the public, if you are local or travelling through historic Milford PA we will arrange to meet you in town. There is no charge for local pick up orders; however there is minimum order of $40.00. Select the local pick up option in the shopping cart and when we receive your order we will contact you via email to arrange the details. Make sure to bring your cooler so your order can travel safely.
How do I store your products?
All of our products ship frozen to ensure freshness. We recommend placing any treats that you will not be eating right away into the freezer upon receipt of delivery. Should any product thaw during shipment, no worries, refreezing our products will not affect their taste or texture.
All orders are final and we cannot accept any returns.
Please note that shipping baked goods risk damage due to the volume of movement during transportation via the carrier. Extra care is taken during packaging to assure all the items arrive as shipped, but we cannot be responsible for damage during transit. Should an item crack or break, it will still taste wonderful!
